This is a list of characters who are wanted by the Ranger Guard for power-wielder related crimes. They are generally listed in order of wantedness by the authorities, from those most avidly pursued to those less so. Note that this does not always match the crime, when particularly elusive criminals go into hiding or otherwise stop perpetrating crimes.

- Unidentified Demon ((Alida Blandine)) - Wanted for terrorism, grand theft, and conspiracy against South City. Reward for information, greater reward for successful capture. Suspect is known to have appearance-changing talents and/or abilities. Powers include the ability to strengthen her followers drastically in battle. Images available.
- Selene Alexander - Wanted for terrorism, grand theft and conspiracy against South City. Reward for information, greater reward for successful capture. Subject is known to have appearance-changing talents and/or abilities. Suspect is suspected to be a form of vampiric undead, as are her followers. Images available.
- Atyhtan Ator - Wanted for kidnapping and the grand theft of entire skyscrapers across the nation. Reward for successful capture. Suspect is amongst the most talented and powerful wizards on the planet, and is to be approached with extreme caution. Images available.
- Unidentified human ((Severi Mustanen)) - Wanted for the attempted murder of a powered civilian, the attempted murder of a powered officer of the law, impersonation of an officer of the law, and wanton destruction in South City. Reward for successful capture. Suspect is known to transform into a fiery skeletal manifestation in battle. Images available.
