Skywalker: Most any power-wielder can fly, but few can fly well compared to Kabu's fleetness while in the air. This skill has been gained over years of practice and incorporates many things others do not take into consideration; thermal updrafts, headwinds and tailwinds, atmospheric pressure, temperature, and so on. Kabu is able to fly great distances at high speeds in short time due to this, and in combination with his natural Saiyan hardiness of constitution, he can easily circle the globe in an afternoon.
Meteorology: The weather is hardly something people of a young age tend to take a serious interest in, but given his love for the skies, Kabu has also developed a deep interest in understanding the weather itself. He possesses practical knowledge that humans have gained over the centuries after refining the sciences involved, but also an innate, instinctive knowledge. One glance at the sky and Kabu can predict the weather almost infallibly.

Physical Appearance

Kabu is a distant descendent of the once-powerful Moon Clan that was one of the mightiest among the Primal Saiyans. All members of the Moon Clan possessed pale skin and bright blond hair with stark blue eyes. Other Saiyans saw this as a defect or sign of weakness (as albinism often is), but the Moon Clan took pride in their unusual appearances. Like his ancestors, Kabu has pale skin and hair, though his eyes remain a dark brown, almost black color. His reliance upon ranged combat and mastery of the spirit rather than the physical body has left him appearing almost physically frail compared to the average Saiyan. Ironically, he has undergone specialized training to increase his physical endurance, meaning that despite his frail appearance, he is more durable than most of his kin.

History

Kabu was conscripted at the age of sixteen at the beginning of the Second Saiyan War. Like others of his race, he came to Earth seeking vengeance for a murdered king. Unlike others, however, he began to have serious doubts about Renzu's leadership as the conflict developed. When the self-appointed Queen fell in battle mysteriously after her fight with the Patron of the Court of Beasts, he decided that she was unfit for leadership. He, along with all of his subordinates, rejected the mission at hand. In Kabu's own words, "Honor is the only degree of separation between conquest and barbarism." After defecting, he aided Earth in several minor but critical operations that targeted and weakened the Saiyan war machine. By providing valuable intelligence to Cardinal's military forces, many lives were saved, both human and Saiyan alike. At the conclusion of the war, Kabu and the remainder of his unit were tried for various war crimes. Only the testimony of those who had worked closely with him and his traitor regimen prevented him from being put to death in a rigged trial.

By exploiting a loophole in Cardinal law wherein a non-citizen may become a citizen through military service, his lawyers and comrades secured him that citizenship, and placed him in a South City high school to lay low until some of the heat died down and relations between New Vegeta and Earth became less volatile. A year has passed and both planetary governments are still pushing against one another while various laws and treaties are drafted and enacted to ensure the Saiyans pay proper restitution for the suffering and death caused by their war. Considering his military service at an end and having no interest in fighting a war for squabbling politicians, Kabu has returned to a semi-normal life.

How long that will last, if at all, is anyone's guess.
