Youthful Ambition

Sierra automatically gains 3% of each PL she has at the beginning of every month, until she turns 14. This is story time -- if time gaps occur or other staff-approved events unfold that would cause Sierra to age more quickly or more slowly than real time, this is also affected.

Erosion

This technique must be used in a post where Sierra is already in close combat with an opponent. During the technique, Sierra may execute up to five gimme melee attacks (having typical strength and speed). The stamina cost of the tech is the greater of Sierra's natural charge or the total damage output during the post. Each of these attacks may have ONE of the following properties, depending on circumstances:

• When an attack impacts an object with powered durability (regardless of whether the object actually takes durability damage from the attack) it makes that object take 5% of Sierra's KiPL in unreducable damage for each of the following two posts.
• When an attack is blocked or deflected with strength or a gimme with force, the natural charge of the foe is reduced by 2% Sierra's KiPL, not to exceed half of that natural charge across all iterations, for five posts.
• When an attack is dodged completely, the bodily speed of the foe drops by 5% Sierra's KiPL, not to exceed half of that speed across all iterations, for three posts.

All effects may stack with eachother and themselves, including with consecutive uses of the tech. Damage caused may be affected by melee proficiency or weapon proficiency.

Slipstream

This tech has two functions that work together. After activation, Sierra can sense all normal energies -- Ki, Psi, and Magic -- while the tech is active, up to her ki sensing ability. At the same time, any time someone using one of these energy types to move their bodies does so within ten feet of Sierra, she may increase her speed up to double to match it. The triggering person does not have to be an enemy. She may not surpass their speed using this tech -- the instant she moves faster, this function stops until the speeds match again. Leaving the ten-foot range also stops this feature from functioning. Eyesight still limits movement. This tech, in its entirety, ends at the end of the third post after it's activation.

Lifestream

Unites Slipstream with One With The World such that, rather than granting psi and magic senses, it adds 100% KiPL speed to those senses that now already exist passively, and additionally increases ki sensing by 100% KiPL, for the duration of the tech.

Falcon's Punishment

Streaming melee attack. One autocharge, one charge rate booster, two charge cap expansions, two speed boosters. Speed and strength base is natural charge and speed, with enhanced CTs if present. Concussive force (energy) equal to damage added. Half of damage counts as energy.

Biography

Sierra is the biological daughter of Cody and Sumatra Terraloft. She has the rare condition of inheriting outward traits of both her Human and Demihuman parents, where most children of mixed parentage are clearly one or the other. Though once harassed for her traits in school, her parents prepared her for the bullying and she is now almost used to people noticing her features. One side-effect of her particular upbringing is that she has taken quickly after her father, learning to be a power wielder, despite being an otherwise fairly average little girl.

She has demonstrated a profoundly spirited personality. She is quick to speak what is on her mind, though she says nothing insincerely. She looks out for her friends and proactively protects those who can't defend themselves.
