| + | :I don't have any comments on balance just yet, but I've got a question on Ever Changing Fire. It says that they can't use their base Phys PL and KiPL at the same time. Does this mean they need to have a base PhysPL based on KiPL? What if they have a PhysPL based on magic or psionics? | ||
