Description
Some argue that magic is a more fundamental energy than ki or psionics. This ability, once in play, supports that, as it demonstrates that both other power types are natively sensible with magical tact.
Logistics
When a character possesses this passive technique by accessing it from the Living Libram, it expands their magical tact, permitting them to sense ki and psionics identically to how they sense magic with their tact.
As a Libram Society technique, it will cost a character 3 TD to access this as a passive ability. If they are of at least Neutral bias, once they expend 90 TD on this technique, they will possess it automatically for one power type, and no longer require the Libram to access it to detect that one power type. After an additional 90 TD is expended, they will possess it automatically for the other power type, and no longer require the Libram to access it to detect both power types.
