Rules:Hard Cap

This is a list of various Caps that cannot be exceeded by techniques. Approved Racial abilities, Official Teacher abilities, and Tournament Prizes are the only times that this MAY be possible. Even then, only the top level of these types of abilities will be able to surpass such limits.

Stamina

A character may never have an amount greater than 1300%PL in Stamina. They also may never expend more than 1300% TotalPL in stamina in a single scene.

Stamina Expenditure

A character may never reduce the amount of stamina a technique costs by more than 50% of the total.

Senses

A single technique may not add more than 900%PL in Sensory Perception.

Multipliers

The Hard Cap for an individual Multiplier is 6x PL, or 3x PL if one is a Mage. Multipliers granted by a Racial ability may be up to 8x PL. 10x PL is reserved for the Super Saiyan 2 transformation.

Bias Improvement

A character may only ever permanently improve their Tech Bias by utilizing the Enlightenment. They may only ever Pass Enlightenment once.
