Description
Psions are notoriously slow in personal movement, despite their advanced senses. Training their telekinetic abilities to more accurately and efficiently affect themselves results in a significant boost in speed.
Logistics
Level 0: For one slot, psion can move at 25% PsiPL speed. 0 tech days expended. [Psion Gimme Level.]
Level 1: For one slot, psion can move at 50% PsiPL speed. 75 (56/94) tech days expended. Psionic power required as a pre-requisite.
Level 2: For one slot, psion can move at 75% PsiPL speed. 75 (56/94) tech days expended. Level 1 required as a pre-requisite.
Level 3: For one slot, psion can move at 100% PsiPL speed. 75 (56/94) tech days expended. Level 2 required as a pre-requisite.
Higher levels do not consume more stamina than the base level, as this technique is a matter of refining technique, rather than throwing raw power at it. This technique does not circumvent the limitation of not being able to stack slots, to achieve faster rates of movement. At no time can a psion's speed exceed the psion's sight rating or psionic sense rating (whichever is greater).
