Linguist: Beloly speaks a number of languages fluently. Not only is she versed in interstellar common, but Cardinalian common, Shen'Ihri common (along with several regional dialects), and Saiya-go.
Historian: As she has no true racial identity of her own, Beloly has adopted Shen'Ihr culture in its place. As a foreigner who has never been to the homeworld, her knowledge is secondhand, granted mostly from her infrequent trips into Aahyan and her relationship with the ancient Shen'Ihr Valan an'Alai.

Physical Appearance

Neither pretty nor ugly, Beloly stands at just over five feet with a husky build. Strangely, as Saiyans go, she is a natural blonde, perhaps owing to a distant relationship with the long-forgotten Moon Clan. Rather than dark brown eyes, hers are a golden color that nearly matches her hair, and her skin is a touch fairer than would be expected for one of her race.

History

Not much is known about Beloly's life before she was rescued from her enslavement at the hands of a Majin Lord by Valan an'Alai. What is known is that she spent the early years of her childhood on a Majin 'gift world', a planet given to high-ranking Majin Lords to rule over. As a slave, she was subjected to every abuse imaginable, and it was only after Valan laid waste to the entire planet's reserve of Majin thralls that she escaped the clutches of her master with the Pathwalker's aid, ultimately taking his life in an act of revenge. Left with no known family, nor a means of supporting herself, Valan took her in as his apprentice in an effort to restore her soul and repair her shattered mind.

During the course of their training, he discovered that she was a rare specimen; a Saiyan with psionic talent and an evolved brain. After taking note of this, he altered the path of her training, forging her into a Haku'rath: a Walker of the Eightfold Path. Through instilling values such as self-control, restraint, and discipline, he has aided her both in overcoming her traumatic past and the reckless, quick-tempered nature of her kin. Now, she travels at his side, making her way down the Eightfold Path and immersing herself in the lore of her adopted people. The latest world she and her mentor have visited is Earth. As she learns more of its people and their relationship to the Gatekeepers, she continues to grow in strength and extend the reach of her ambitions.
