Hfil's Chef!

A Challenge is issued to all power wielders in the land. To defeat the honored Hfil's Chef! Using only special ingredients, and a limited number of techs to prepare fantastical feasts the world has never seen before! Will they know sweet taste of victory? Or the bitter taste of defeat at the hands of the Hfil's Chef?

Basic Idea-

Any PL is welcome, and through a process of elimination, will be allowed to face the Hfil's chef. No tier brackets are needed as with all things in cooking, it takes discipline to handle delicate ingredients and not destroy them.

Using a maximum of 2 or 3 techs (depending on techs,) Specialized ingredients, and limited cooking equipment,the player has to make a unique dining experience for the judges. A total of at least 3 separate dishes. (Timer system will be worked our later.)

At the end, the dishes prepared and the efficiency with which they used their skills to prepare the dishes will add to a dice roll to find out who reigns supreme in Hfil's Kitchen!

(Still have a few kinks to work out, but basically it will be a kind of Boudakai...)
