Description
When cast, this creates an invisible and intangible spherical field effect that hardens the walls between worlds, making teleportation and other similar forms of unconventional movement more difficult or outright impossible.
Logistics
The area of effect of the spell expands at a rate of 50% MagPL speed in all directions to a range equal to the caster's natural charge capacity in feet.
Teleportation used by sources of power equal or less than 200% the caster's MagPL are blocked. Teleporters of greater strength may still teleport within, into, or out of the field, but must pay an extra 60% MagPL worth of stamina for each teleport.
Per the rules, this does not block DV escape techniques unless upgraded specifically to handle them.
As a Libram Society technique, it will cost a character 1 TD to access this as a Basic spell, or 2 TD to access this as an Advanced spell. If they are of at least Neutral bias, once they expend 60 TD on this spell, they will possess it as a Basic spell automatically, and no longer require the Libram to access it. Once they expend 120 TD on this spell, they will possess it as an Advanced spell.
