Description
Investing in Charge Capacity Expansions lets you give more total power to any simple attack than you would normally be able to.
Logistics
Each charge cap expansion provides a higher charge capacity for any simple attack. It expands the maximum capacity by twice the base charge rate of the user's power type. Each expansion does not actually give more power, it simply permits more to be gathered than usual. This upgrade can only be utilized on simple techniques -- complex, multifunctional or non-direct damage techniques may have variant costs which must be assigned by a staffer through a formal app process.
Each charge cap expansion costs 15 (11/19) tech days.
