This is a race of humans similar to the character Launch from Dragon Ball whom are two different people in one body. Not just a split personality, but so different that their appearance even changes when their personality shifts.

Name: Twin Souled
Class: Minor Race
Tech Bias: Neutral
Available Power Types: Any (See below)
Gains 3%

Major Racial Advantages:

Two in One: Twin souled characters are two souls, two people in one body. While they have the memories and experiences of both versions of themselves, they process this information in their own separate ways. Usually what part of their lives an individual each soul lived through will have greater impact on how they were formed. Leaving some twin souled characters with two very similar personalities, and others with very drastically different ones. As such each personality gains a TD pool of their own. Each soul gets 2TD's for each 3days of PT redeemed. Fractional TD's are kept till made whole TD's. TD's may never be spent between characters but only for each souls personality / build. The only exception is noted below in the One Body Disadvantage.

Two Minds against One - Twin-Souled characters are twice as resistant as normal people are to mental attacks since there are two minds linked to said souls. Making those whom wish to control the Twin-Soul work twice as hard.

Minor Racial Advantages:

Forced Change - 1x a week as a staminaless tech action that still allows for gimmie actions the character can forcefully switch to the other personality in a pinch. After 2 rounds of this personality being in charge the character goes back to normal rules for uncontrollable change.

Major Racial Disadvantages:

One Body: Due to sharing one body, both souls have to work on increasing their base stats. As such during character creation both bodies must pay the full amount of the permanent body enhancing technique out of their starting PL amounts. After character creation, cost of Enhanced or other permanant body upgrade techniques cost 150% of the normal amount to be paid between the two souls.

Alittle Crazy: Due to their unstable nature Twin-Souled Characters are never eligible for an epiphany or the Enlightenment CT and begin with a Neutral Bais.

Uncontrollable Change: When in stressful situations (Always in combat) character has a 30% chance (Each post) to change personalities because obviously the other one knows which is best. This happens on a die roll of 8, 9, or 10 on a d10. When the change happens you must change to that personalities tech build.

Geared towards Ki Energy - With two souls in one body, most Twin-Souled are ki wielders. As such, and Psi, Mag, or Phys PL geared towards a Psi / Mag template get half PL gains.

Minor Racial Disadvantages:

Wasteful Start: Twin soul characters make both builds from their own pool of starting 1500PL's for TD's, but in the end start with the lowest PL of either character and then keep one PL for the rest of their duration.
