Description
Augmented with this upgrade, an attack can sap at the strength of an entity of energy very quickly, easily disposing of energy barriers and enemy attacks.
Logistics
Nullifier may be applied toward any technique based upon a single damage-causing projectile or stream, or any charged melee attack. This tech causes the technique to do effectively do double damage to any pure energy form. Half of the total damage is considered to be drained away (and thus, does not cost the user any stamina). This upgrade is repeatable one more time, to make the technique do triple damage (2/3 of the total damage would be considered drained).
This upgrade costs 60 (45/75) tech days per iteration.
