This tech really needs a better definition of 'cooldown'. Does it apply to them in toto, or merely to their ability to use their stunning technique(s)? Does it apply solely to the stunning technique used, or to all of them, if they possess multiple techniques with such an effect? It's open to interpretation, as it is.
