This technique permits a wielder of power to more rapidly restore their power level, when suppressed, than they normally can.

T E C H N I C A L - S P E C I F I C A T I O N S

Power wielders may normally restore their PL by an increment of 25% of their normal maximum per full post spent doing so. With this technique, one full post spent in restoration will restore them to full power. This is still a focus action.

If this technique is purchased for all power types that a multi-PLed character possesses, then they may restore all suppressed power types simultaneously.
