Jhedan Zintraze

Jhedan is the half brother of Remo Zintraze. He's not a saiyan but a natural decendant of the destroyed planet of Pangeia. He and Remo grew up together although Jhedan always had knowledge of Remo's heritage, he was sworn to secrecy by their parents.

Where Remo grew up to be a law-abiding citizen of the planet, Jhedan felt ordinary life was boring. He grew to be a near-complete opposite of his brother who valued the laws of his homeworld, Jhedan grew to be a theif and a rather good one, robbing Pangeia of many national treasures. Jhedan still valued family above all and even when Remo joined a taskforce to bring him to justice, believed his brother would not fight him.

He was sorely mistaken as the two confronted each other just when Jhedan was about to escape. They fought and Jhedan was defeated when Remo cut off his left arm. Jhedan was imprisoned and soon got a cybernetic replacment. When the Saiyans attacked the planet, Jhedan was freed and took one of the few remaining ships off the world.

He traveled from planet to planet, a space drifter going wherever he wanted and stole from many. He only stole from those who could afford to be stolen from to test his skills. The bigger and meaner the security, the more he had to sneak through it. He was by no means a Robin Hood, stealing from the rich and keeping to himself but he never saw killing anyone as a means to an end. He went out of his way to make sure no one got hurt, even going so far as to study the acient technique of the spirit his brother was primed to be trained for so he could walk through walls.

He never persued Remo but always swore he would get even if they ever crossed paths again but he'd be lying if it wasn't more than that. More than anything, Jhedan had always felt like the second in line for everything, including their parent's love. There had always been a rivalry between them but since their last meeting, it's changed into an all out grudge, at least to Jhedan.
