Cardinalian Immigrant: Most Sororas Draconis that come to Cardinal to hunt dragons do so illegally. While it's quite difficult to prevent a power-wielder from crossing the border, punishing those who disrespect Cardinal's laws isn't nearly has hard. For this reason, Sora has immigrated and is actually a citizen of Cardinal as well as Kusanagi. She has a greater knowledge of the country, its laws, and its customs than most natural-born citizens.
Flamekeeper: Sorashelia is capable of producing mortal-level flames that will never extinguish themselves. In addition, she can easily manipulate mortal-level fire, and it is incapable of harming her or anything touching her body.

Physical Appearance

Sorashelia stands five feet and six inches tall with a lean frame. Her hair and eyes are an inhuman shade of pink, and her manner of dress is a fusion between D'hennexian and Cardinalian styles. She is never found without Dragontooth, a heavy bastard sword carved from one of her father's fangs.

History

During her first deployment to Cardinal, when dragons were far more common and much more active, Sorasheliah ignored them to search for the Dragonballs, intent on either breeding with or destroying Shenron, depending on how he performed once challenged to single combat. Her goal was not realized, and the Dragonballs fell into more powerful hands before being used to wish back Earth's dead at the conclusion of the Second Saiyan War. Discouraged by this setback, she began hunting again while waiting for the artifacts to reform. The only problem was that she did her job a little too well.

Given her impossibly high standards, many dragons who would have otherwise been useful for slaves or breeding stock were simply destroyed. As the Order of the Gathering Clouds of Heaven has been focusing all of its efforts on the restoration of their near-extinct race, her actions were not taken lightly, and the consequences were severe. Using the same sealing magic that the Order uses on dragons themselves, the majority of her power was locked away, along with her ability to achieve her ascended form. As punishment, she was forbidden to hunt for a year, and told that should it become known that she spilled even a drop of dragon's blood before then, her life would be forfeit.

Now disillusioned from her own kind and without purpose, Sorasheliah has been wandering Cardinal since the reformation of the coveted artifacts. Her view of her own people and the Order has shifted dramatically, and now she has a new goal; gain insurmountable power, with or without the aid of Shenron, and usurp a position of leadership from the Order.
