The abilities can't be directly used by the efreet, only to assist others. Reforge Creation temporarily saps their PL for at least five weeks, every time it's used. They exist as a reason for the efreet to be summoned, so they're supporting traits to what's actually advantageous to the efreet, Servant of the Most Perfect Law, the benefits of which they can only gain at most twice a year. Removing Reforge Creation and Natural Metallurgists from the balance, the race actually looks at least close to balanced, to my eye. Thoughts and comments? While I originally listed Reforge Creation and Natural Metallurgists as major advantages for the race, I'm thinking in retrospect that they should actually be classified neutrally.
