So yeah..... I really want to finalize this.... this tech says Technique Type: Active (ki), Active (psi) right? and an Active tech means that you need to use a tech action INSIDE roleplay to activate it right? Cause everyone seems to just do what they want with this tech and I feel like I am the only person that uses it the way I think it needs to be used. Lordarikel
