Woa, woa, woa. Is this rule implying that people can forcibly remove control of a territory from another player? Or is this Conquest rule set just to be applied to territory that as of yet has not been taken? It doesn't seem fair that a player takes the time and patience to build something for a group of IC maurading invaders to just steal it away.
