Litbolt is a basic magical attack, allowing the caster to hurl bolts of electricity at those who would oppose them. This spell is especially effective against robots and other machinery.
T E C H N I C A L - S P E C I F I C A T I O N S
A blast which can be fired for 60% of the caster's MagPL, or charged for 20% more MagPL per round, up to 140% MagPL. The attack also gains one post of stunning effect for every 2 charges invested into it (2 charges gives it 1 stunning post, 4 charges give 2 posts).
