Description
Drain Reduction makes any simple attack drain less of your stamina, making it a more versatile attack.
Logistics
An application of drain reduction makes it consume 25% less stamina than usual. A second application makes it drain half as much as usual. This upgrade can only be used on techniques that have standard stamina drain. To further reduce the stamina drain of techniques with non-standard stamina drain, a formal app must be submitted and approved by a staffer.
Drain Reduction may only be applied to separate active techniques. Anything deviating from this rule must be submitted as a formal application.
Each drain reduction costs 60 (45/75) tech days.
