Haha, awesome.
So is there a section where we can learn the Wiki codes and whatnot? I don't know if it works like html or not.
Also, the Tiers in the character biographies - are we just making them up on the spot, adding a decimal place for every step up along the Tiers? Or is there something else to it?

The Tiers are mostly just a decimal point off from one another, yes. The exception is that there is no tier below tier 1. Any PL below 100 is considered Mortal, and that's a whole "faction" in itself with no tiers to it.
