Enhanced Strength allows you to increase your general melee attacking strength beyond what you should be capable of for your physical power.

+10% KiPL to Melee Strength - 60 (45/75) tech days.

This upgrade is repeatable.

You may not total more than 100% KiPL in Melee Strength using this upgrade.
