Description
Litbolt is a basic magical attack, allowing the caster to hurl bolts of electricity at those who would oppose them. This spell is especially effective against robots and other machinery.
Logistics
A blast which can be fired for 60% of the caster's MagPL, or charged for 20% more MagPL per round, up to 140% MagPL. The attack also gains one post of stunning effect for every 2 charges invested into it (2 charges gives it 1 stunning post, 4 charges give 2 posts), to a limit of three rounds of stunning a target. After the stun aspect of Litbolt is used, a cooldown effect takes place, whereupon the player may not use any stun effects for three rounds, plus the number of rounds that the cast Litbolt would stun a target (number of rounds a target would be stunned + 3). This stun effect is only effective against targets with a TotalPL equal to 100% the caster's MagPL or less.
The stun aspect of Litbolt is usable once a day.
This tech costs 60 (45/75) tech days.
