Description
By practice in wielding their fundamental powers, characters can increase their basic, inherent ability to channel energy.
Logistics
Each time this technique is taken, the character's natural charge for one PL type is increased by their natural charge rate for that PL type. While this technique may affect all power types it must be taken separately for each power type possessed -- gaining it for KiPL does not gain it for Psi or MagPL, and vice versa. If a character exceeds their charge capacity with this, their attacks are still limited by their maximum charge capacity. For psions, each time they take this technique they apply it to a specific slot -- taking it a single time does not apply it to all slots. Possessing an enhanced natural charge does not require you to always use the full strength of the natural charge. Techs which specify that they drain natural charge may drain the unenhanced natural charge instead, provided that they do not specify otherwise.
This technique costs 60 (45/75) base days each time it is taken.
Note: This technique supersedes and replaces Enhanced Strength.
