Sanctuary is Chadisekhar's brain-child for solving the problem of a lack of safe places for power wielders, especially mages, to relax, and renew themselves. It is essentially a limbo point, where any can come to enjoy time away from the wars and fighting that ensues between power wielders and others. As well as being a place of rejuvenation, Sanctuary is also a training ground and melting point for wielders to come and build up their skill. Chadisekhar has the final word, but it is hoped the denizens of Sanctuary will abide by the laws of courtesy, justice, and compassion.

High structural integrity, as well as Empirical Industries generators, and some magical boundaries in progress. An emergency Portal to Deius Castle is also being built. The denizens of Sanctuary also have a small ad-hoc militia for emergency situations.

Points of Interest

Outdoor Gardens: Extensive outdoor gardens surround Sanctuary, and the lake, with various forested glades mixed with small meadows, and hammocks spread across some trees. Perfect for the claustrophobic power wielder who doesn't like spending time indoors.

Waterfall Lake: The waterfall starts up at the very top of the building's interior, growing to a full fledged waterfall that spills into a man made river outside to the lake. The lake is free for swimming, or lounging around in, and many of the ponds or offshoots have fish swimming within.

Cafe/Bar: Aside from the semi-private open outdoor kitchen area, the cafe serves meals for those who don't want to cook their own. It also has a fully liscensed bar for the more adult crowd.

Spa: The place for tired, wound up power wielders to unwind, the Spa offers everything from wraps to massages, hair cuts to pedicures to soothe and renew the spirit within.

Training Center: Complete with gravitic weights, the main area of the Training Center includes a tropics-inspired sparing area complete with animals.

Medic Facility: Connected to the Training Center, the Medic facility is run by mortal attendants, and any power wielder with healing capabilities that is in residence. A limited access Portal to Deius Castle is being installed into the Medic Facility's south wall.

Boarding/ Renting Rooms & Appartments: Two types of rooms are found in Sanctuary: permanent appartment style boarding rooms, and hotel-like rooms for shorter stays.

Meditation/Magic Center: Akin to a library, the meditation center is a quiet place in which people can relax in quiet meditation.

Outdoor Movie Theatre: Given to Chadisekhar for Sanctuary by Toshiro Hedgehog, the movie theatre plays all the oldies and goodies, complete with popcorn and goodies from the kitchen, it makes a perfect respite and escape.

Portal Station: A portal is being constructed to link Sanctuary with Deius Castle. The Portal only works between those two places.

Location / Regional & Building Description

On the outskirts of Central City, Sanctuary is located in the middle of a massive area of forested, and mantained garden grounds. A man-made lake surrounds the east side of the building, and the water seems to come from inside the structure. (Know Balamb Garden from FF VIII? Yep. There you go.)
