Draconians: What are they?
Draconians are a race of beings that desend from the once unheard of bonding between humans and dragons. Draconians are human looking in appearance, but also have the innate ability to use their Dragon heritage to their favor. This being the use of one particular element, and to be able to transform. Though they cannot fully become Draconic until some higher stage is complete, their body and mind must be prepared for such a state. As such, there are different stages that a Draconian must go through to get them prepared for such a transformation.
The Draconians have a few natural abilities to them. Natural skill using any kind of sword, and also a natural link to one certain element. Each element comes with it's own benefits as well as drawbacks.
Draconians and the Elements
Dragons in their natural state were always atune to one single element. On rare ocassions, some where atune to more than one, but only ONE Draconian has actually been able to master all seven elements that Draconians can use. This draconian was simply titled the Ultimecia Draconia, or Ultimate Dragon by his peers. He also took on the title of Ancient Draconian, some years later once the race of Draconians had all but died out due to their sun going super-nova.

Draconian Transformations
There are only two transformations that are known for the new breed of Draconians. The others will become known as time goes on.
Draconian Transformation; Stage 1:
This is the first transformation a Draconian can obtain. One must go through intensive meditation, spiritual and physical training to find their true spiritual form. When they do finish their training (60/75, 45 days with Bias) and find it, they will gain access to their first form. This transformation can be used 1 time per week, for 5 rounds (upgrades can be applied for later). The multiplier is 1.5 and there is no speed/strength bonuses outside of what the PL gain gives. Any other kind of gain needs to be applied for.
