South City

South City is an over-glamorized mix between the IRL cities Honolulu and Las Vegas. An enormous tourist trap that has managed to root some 5.5 million people to its sandy beaches, colorful neon lights, and celebrity mansions, South City is the vacation paradise for the entire rest of the world. It experiences some of the fairest weather in the world, with its rain storms arriving on an almost predictable basis, and snow only falling on the single majestic peak overlooking the city. The temperatures remain around 70-80 degrees Fahrenheit (21-27 degrees Celsius) all year long.
