Apperance

As such with most Draconians, Julia has a very normal human appearance. Almost pale white skin, which is in direct contrast with her dark colored hair. Her eyes are a light shade of green, but to one who looks close enough, her eyes are one of the few things that would give away that she is indeed not human. Her pupils are reptilian in nature, and sometimes the color changes from green to yellow whenever using her ki.

Another distinguishing mark upon Julia is the white lightning shaped tattoo on her left shoulder. It's only a tattoo, nothing more than that. But one could argue that it helps control her power, which has yet to be seen.

Powers

Julia has the affinity for controlling Lightning. Most of which is channeled through her sword when attacking her opponent. In different stages, the lightning is a very powerful unit for causing paralysis but only in weaker opponents.
