Appearance

Kaiyone's appearance is nearly identical to that of a human, save for two things - her hair continually shifts between an icy blue color and an equally icy green, and her irises are unnaturally tall and narrow, with a golden yellow hue. She is also known to have a slender tail, covered in a short brownish fur. She keeps the superfluous appendage hidden whenever possible.

Powers

Kaiyone's skills revolve largely around the manipulation of spacetime and the abstract concepts of reality. She is able to create small bends and warps in the very fabric of the universe, affecting the path of energies, as well as a small host of other powers. Her most notable skill so far witnessed is the creation of an artificial, self-contained black hole.

Biography

Kaiyone rarely ever speaks of her past, preferring to let everyone believe she is nothing more or less than human. This works out well for her, as she has had a considerable amount of time to establish a relatively normal life for herself.

Many years ago, between the disasters of the Cell Games, Majin Buu's rampage, and the insanity of Jobe Sunstar and the Black Star Dragonballs, a brilliant scientist by the name of Kyouji Makuu began a landmark project in the field of genetics. He proposed to take the work begun by the notorious Dr. Gero - the research done by the long-deceased android scientist on his "Cell" project - and improve upon it. Makuu desired recognition among his peers (who had laughed at him incessantly for his lofty goals), and the notoriety of surpassing Gero's genius.

Makuu took many of the same steps as Gero, covertly collecting samples of genetic material from as many different alien races as he could find on earth. Using technology recovered from Gero's destroyed laboratory, and additional material stolen from the then-influential Capsule Corp, he began decoding the genomes he had collected. Over a period of many years, Makuu eventually made a breakthrough, developing a formula for creating a far denser genetic coding than any of the alien races he had encountered. He set to work immediately, splicing together bits and pieces from saiyans, nameks, humans and others, using whatever gene sequences would work.

Miraculously, his first attempt was an unmitigated success. Makuu had successfully grown an embryo out of the genetic material, and set up an incubation tank to grow the infant to maturity. The process was time-consuming, as his dense genetic code was slow to replicate.

For five years he watched as the embryo grew, becoming a young girl, then eventually a fully-grown woman. Through the wonders of genetic memory, Makuu had only to spend a little time educating his new 'servant.' The entire purpose of his program was to create a race of beings, subservient to their predetermined masters, and powerful enough to defend those masters from any threats that they might face.

However, Makuu failed in this. His treatment of the artificially created lifeform was abusive, and over time, inborn respect and servitude was replaced with contempt and rebellion. In a fit of anger, "Kaiyone" as she had been called, summoned the latent powers at her disposal and destroyed her creator, along with his entire compound.
